What you'll be doing
Join a global professional services organization as a Forward Deployed AI Engineer in Dublin. Work directly with clients to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI applications, combining hands-on engineering with technical consulting across the full AI lifecycle, from discovery to production.
- Partner with clients to identify AI opportunities and define technical solutions
- Design and develop AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents and Machine Learning
- Build AI pipelines, embeddings, vector databases and model evaluation frameworks
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs and cloud platforms
- Deploy production-ready AI systems across cloud and hybrid environments
- Optimise AI applications for scalability, performance and reliability
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve deployed solutions
- Support client enablement through technical workshops and knowledge transfer
Key requirements
Must-have
- 7+ years in AI/ML Engineering
- Strong Python development experience within production environments
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering and AI Agents
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, FastAPI or similar AI frameworks
- Experience deploying AI solutions on Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP
- Strong knowledge of APIs, CI/CD, containerisation and cloud-native architectures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions in client-facing environments
Nice-to-have
- Experience with LLMOps or MLOps
- Experience deploying AI Agents into production
- Knowledge of enterprise security, governance and compliance frameworks
- Experience within Consulting, Solutions Engineering or Technical Consulting
- Domain expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing or Government
- Experience working with modern AI tooling and production AI workflows

About the Position
As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you'll work directly with clients to design, build and deploy enterprise AI applications.
You'll combine hands-on engineering with technical consulting, working alongside stakeholders to transform complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full AI lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to deployment and optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to identify AI opportunities and define technical solutions.
- Design and develop AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents and Machine Learning.
- Build AI pipelines, embeddings, vector databases and model evaluation frameworks.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs and cloud platforms.
- Deploy production-ready AI systems across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Optimise AI applications for scalability, performance and reliability.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve deployed solutions.
- Support client enablement through technical workshops and knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to internal AI accelerators, playbooks and reusable frameworks.
Experience/Requirements
- 7+ years' in AI/ML Engineering.
- Strong Python development experience within production environments.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering and AI Agents.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, FastAPI or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, CI/CD, containerisation and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions in client-facing environments.

Remuneration Package
The salary range for this position is between €80,000 and €100,000 depending on experience.
