Salesforce Platform Engineer | Dublin (Hybrid Working) | €75,000 - €80,000 + Benefits

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Engineer to join a growing technology team delivering critical enhancements across a business-critical Salesforce ecosystem.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and evolving Salesforce solutions that support customer engagement, operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives. You'll work across the full development lifecycle, helping to build scalable, secure and high-performing platform capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.

  • Building integrations using Salesforce APIs and related technologies.

  • Supporting deployments, automation and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Working closely with engineering, security and business teams to deliver platform improvements.

  • Monitoring platform performance, troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Expertise across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.

  • Exposure to CI/CD, automation and modern engineering practices.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

  • Experience working within a regulated environment is advantageous.
