Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & React) Cpl is partnering with a leading global technology and data-driven organisation that is expanding its engineering team in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to work on cutting-edge digital products, modern cloud-native platforms, and emerging AI-powered solutions within a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python on the backend and React on the frontend.

Build modern APIs, microservices, and event-driven services that support complex business and AI-enabled solutions.

Contribute to architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and engineering best practices.

Develop and integrate AI-driven capabilities, automation tools, and intelligent workflow solutions.

Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.

Drive code quality, security, performance optimisation, and maintainability across the software development lifecycle.

Support CI/CD initiatives and contribute to DevOps and automation practices.

Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence across the wider development team.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across both frontend and backend systems.

Participate in Agile delivery processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years' experience in software engineering with strong full-stack development expertise.

Strong backend development experience using Python and modern frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Advanced React.js development skills with experience building modern, responsive user interfaces.

Experience

developing and consuming REST APIs and microservices.

Exposure to AI/ML technologies, LLM integrations, agent frameworks, or related technologies would be highly advantageous.

Experience

working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, and scalable application design.

Experience

with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Degree qualified in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
