JD Edwards Technical Consultant Ireland (remote)

My client is an international provider of Technical Consultancy for multiple ERP and Cloud based systems. As part of their ongoing expansion, they have engaged IT Search to speak to JD Edwards specialists on their behalf.

This role is to join their Professional Services team to work directly with a number of clients, delivering design and support, business analysis and understanding how they use various modules and ensuring they maximise their investment.

The role:

  • Working at various stages of implementation to SLA and beyond, managing incidents when they occur and ensuring accurate translation of business need to solutions

  • Introducing JDE features where appropriate

  • Managing and deepening existing relationships with stakeholders within the customer community

  • Knowledge transfer – acting as a mentor for junior team members

  • Occasional visits across Europe but otherwise fully remote

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands on experience with JD Edwards across support and/or implementation

  • Knowledge of specific modules within JDE as well as different versions of same

  • Reporting experience and exposure to SQL, Orchestrator and more

  • Exceptional communication skills are a pre-requisite for this role, strong customer interaction as well as internal reporting/presentations and mentoring
