- Lead the design and development of full-stack applications with React-based frontends and Python backends

- Collaborate with product, design, and domain experts across security and investigative contexts
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding engineers across multiple projects
Key requirements
Must-have
- Strong professional experience with Python and FastAPI on the back end
- Experience with React and TypeScript on the front end
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, production-grade full-stack systems
- Experience operating at a principal or lead level, balancing hands-on development with strategic technical direction
Nice-to-have
- A passion for creating clear, usable interfaces in complex problem domains
- Interest in building impactful systems within security, defence, or investigative environments
- Ability to operate in a start-up/scale-up environment and own/build the end-to-end system or set of features
