A fast-growing FinTech is expanding its engineering team in Ireland and is looking for a Senior C++ Engineer to join at an exciting stage of growth.

This is a great opportunity for a strong C++ developer looking for a new technical challenge in the payments space. You’ll be working on a live platform handling thousands of financial transactions, building scalable software and solving interesting technical problems.

You’ll be joining a growing Ireland-based team with ambitious plans, working with modern technologies including C++, AWS and cloud infrastructure. The role is fully remote in Ireland, giving you the flexibility to work from home while being part of a close-knit international engineering team.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build and maintain high-performance server applications

• Develop new features using C++, alongside PHP, Golang and HTML

• Work on a platform processing thousands of financial transactions every day

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of commercial software development experience with C/C++

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and multithreaded programming

• Extensive experience with relational databases and SQL

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and AWS ECS

• Development experience with Golang, PHP or Python
