This Software Engineer opportunity is with a well-established and fast-growing global fintech company using technology to make financial services more accessible to people who may not have access to traditional banking.

The company operates across international markets, helping provide reliable payment solutions to underserved communities and giving more people access to essential financial services.

You’ll join a small, talented engineering team at an exciting stage of growth. With new markets and projects continually being added, you’ll have genuine ownership over your work and the opportunity to make a visible impact as the company scales.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced C++ Software Engineer or Embedded Software Engineer who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, working independently and having a real say in the systems they build. You’ll work on new features and complex, performance-focused applications while collaborating with developers, support teams and external technology partners.

You will:

  • Design, develop and maintain high-performance C++ applications.

  • Work on complex, performance-critical systems at international scale.

  • Collaborate with developers, support teams and external technology partners.

  • Take ownership of projects and contribute to technical decisions as the team continues to grow.

What’s required:

  • 6+ years’ experience with C++

  • Strong C++ and multi-threading skills.

  • Experience with APIs and databases/SQL.

  • Software or embedded C++ backgrounds are welcome.
