What you'll be doing

Seeking a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer in Dublin, Ireland (hybrid) to design, develop, test, and optimize embedded software using C/C++ for Embedded Linux and RTOS platforms. Involves hardware integration, system validation, and mentoring junior engineers within a collaborative team.

  • Experience using embedded debugging tools
  • Experience with Git

Senior Embedded Systems Engineer | Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid | Permanent

Hiring on behalf of an established global engineering company, we are seeking an experienced Senior Embedded Engineer to join an innovative team developing next-generation embedded technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge products in a collaborative environment and contribute to the full product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop embedded software using C/C++.
  • Develop applications for Embedded Linux and RTOS platforms.
  • Test, debug, and optimise embedded systems.
  • Support hardware integration and system validation.
  • Mentor junior engineers where required.

Requirements

  • Strong experience developing embedded software in C/C++ (Minimum of 3 years' experience)
  • Experience with Embedded Linux and/or RTOS.
