Role: Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Dublin

Salary: €65,000-€75,000

Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to improve the performance of its industry-leading operations. This is a multi-faceted role with exposure across various engineering systems.

The Role:

  • Maintenance and optimisation of local and wide area networks, and wider Microsoft infrastructure

  • Limit the impact of incidents to other systems, users, or networks

  • Govern infrastructure project lifecycles

  • Cooperate with stakeholders to help with difficulties that may arise

About You:

  • Demonstrable industry experience, specifically within infrastructure disciplines

  • Familiarity with monitoring and controlling incoming and outgoing traffic

  • Experience protecting users and devices from unauthorised access, natural ability to spot risks quickly

  • Good understanding of cloud computing best practices

  • Able to prioritise operational excellence under pressure
