- Design, implement and enhance Microsoft Purview solutions for data protection and information governance.

- Continuously improve the organisation's overall data security posture through engineering best practice.
Key requirements
Must-have
- 8+ years' experience in IT, with at least 4 years focused on Data Security, Information Protection or Security Engineering.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Purview implementation experience.
- Experience implementing Data Classification, Information Protection, Rights Management and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Experience building governance controls, remediation processes and compliance reporting.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across Data, AI, Privacy and Legal functions.
- Practical experience using AI technologies and understanding of AI security risks.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with DSPM solutions beyond Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with the EU AI Act.
- Experience securing AI/ML platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker or GCP Vertex AI.
- Relevant certifications such as SC-400, CISSP or Microsoft AI certifications.
Experience: 8+ years in IT, with at least 4 years in Data Security.

What You'll Bring -

Strong hands-on Microsoft Purview implementation experience, with evidence of delivering projects rather than simply supporting existing environments.

Experience implementing Data Classification, Information Protection, Rights Management and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

Experience building governance controls, remediation processes and compliance reporting.

Comfortable working with stakeholders across Data, AI, Privacy and Legal functions.

Practical experience using AI technologies and a solid understanding of AI security risks, including prompt injection, data leakage, hallucinations and the importance of human validation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with DSPM solutions beyond Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with the EU AI Act.
- Experience securing AI/ML platforms such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker or GCP Vertex AI.
