- Solid SQL experience with PostgreSQL or MS SQL
- Hands-on AWS / cloud experience
Experience: 10+ years in .NET / C#, 3+ years in a leadership role

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager or .NET Team Lead looking for a role where you can combine people leadership with hands-on technical ownership?
This is a rare opportunity to join an Irish-owned technology business backed by €50M in investment, as it enters an exciting phase of growth.
You’ll be the first engineering hire for a new Dublin team, initially leading 5 engineers with plans for further growth. You’ll have genuine ownership over team development, architecture, technical strategy and engineering standards rather than simply managing an established team.
The product is a mission-critical financial platform already supporting 160+ live integrations, giving you the opportunity to work on technology with real scale and industry impact.
