Full Stack Engineer – AI Products Dublin | Hybrid Cpl Recruitment are partnering with a leading international organisation at the forefront of AI-driven product development to appoint a Full Stack Engineer for its growing engineering team in Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact team building AI-native applications that transform how technology is used across creative and commercial environments.

Working within a modern Google Cloud ecosystem, you'll help deliver production-grade AI solutions while collaborating with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, combining modern full stack engineering with the latest advancements in generative AI, cloud technologies, and intelligent applications.

Responsibilities Design, build, and deliver full stack web applications from concept through to production.

Develop scalable backend services and intuitive frontend experiences.

Integrate generative AI capabilities including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI agents into customer-facing products.

Build and enhance internal tooling and shared platform services to improve engineering productivity.

Contribute to cloud-native architecture, deployment pipelines, testing, and engineering best practices.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

Support continuous improvement across software quality, performance, security, and developer experience.

Requirements

Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise across frontend and backend development.

Solid backend development experience, with Python highly desirable.

Experience building and deploying applications on a major cloud platform, with Google Cloud experience considered an advantage.

Hands-on exposure to modern AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures.

Experience developing scalable, production-ready applications using modern engineering practices.

Strong understanding of APIs, cloud services, CI/CD, and software development best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A product-focused mindset with a passion for building high-quality user experiences.

Desirable Experience working with Google AI technologies, Gemini APIs, or similar AI platforms.

Exposure to media, entertainment, digital content, or creative technology environments.

Experience helping shape engineering standards within a growing technology team.
