Full job description
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
You’ll work closely with the Head of Product and another designer, owning product design across both mobile and web.
A big part of the role is making data-heavy experiences feel clean, useful, and easy to understand.
That includes:

Designing dashboards, analytics views, and insight surfaces

Simplifying complex information and reducing cognitive overload

Working closely with coaches, athletes, and sports scientists to gather feedback

Contributing to the design system and improving consistency across the product
What They’re Looking For

Around 3–5 years of product design experience

Strong UX and UI craft with a solid portfolio

Someone who genuinely cares about how products work, not just how they look
