Are you a senior engineering leader ready to take ownership of the technical direction of a complex financial platform?

I’m working with an fintech company, backed by €50M in investment, whose platform powers critical operations across the financial and investment industry.

They are looking for a Principal Software Engineer to play a key role in the next stage of their growth. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys staying close to technology while taking ownership of key technical decisions across architecture, scalability, engineering standards and platform strategy.

You will have the opportunity to lead one of the first engineering teams being built in Ireland, playing a central role in an exciting growth journey. As the business continues to scale, you will be part of shaping the engineering function, building out the team and contributing directly to the wider technology roadmap.
