I've partnered with a growing compliance SaaS company transforming the way the hospitality and care industries manage operational compliance. Their platform supports hospitality businesses across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the US. As they continue to scale internationally, they are looking for a talented developer to join their collaborative, remote team.

It is a remote position for an Irish based candidate and applicants but have either EU citizenship or Stamp 4 status to be considered.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll take product features from initial concept through to deployment. You’ll work closely with product and design to build scalable, high-quality applications that help our customers stay compliant.

This is a fully remote position aligned to Irish business hours (9am–5pm), with some flexibility either side.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy features across the entire stack (frontend, backend, database, cloud).
  • Collaboration: Partner with product and design teams to turn ideas into user-friendly software.
  • Code Quality: Maintain and improve existing codebases for scalability, security, and performance while writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Teamwork: Participate in code reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and troubleshoot platform issues.
  • Autonomy: Proactively manage your work with initiative to ensure timely & quality completion in an independent remote setup.

Requirements

Core Tech Stack & Experience:

  • Frontend: Strong proficiency in **

React "with TypeScript"**.

  • Backend: Strong proficiency in **

PHP**.

  • Databases: Familiarity with databases, ideally **

MySQL** or any other RDBMS.
