A leading global insurance organisation is embarking on a bold greenfield venture: deploying AI agent systems to build the next generation of an AI-native insurance model.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer who is strong in backend environment and hungry for a new challenge to own the frontier of A2A technology, designing and building intelligent agents that push the boundaries of what’s possible.

  • Design, build and ship agents end to end in Azure environment

• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations across a range of data sources and services

• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents

• Skills / Experience:

  • 5+ years in software engineering, or AI engineering

• A2A + RAG experience

• Start up environment experience
