A leading global insurance organisation is going through a huge greenfield transformation: deploying AI agent systems to build the next generation of an AI-native insurance model with the mission to upend the entire industry.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer who is strong in backend environment and Python development.   • Build AI agents from scratch using Python and Azure

• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations across a range of data sources and services

• Skills / Experience:

  • Strong backend/Python development experience

• Exposure to AI and MCP

• Start up environment experience/Small teams
