A leading global insurance organisation is building a brand-new team to develop AI-native insurance and agentic AI systems from the ground up, with a mission to transform the industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior AI Engineer ready to push boundaries, own the design of intelligent agents, and build end-to-end AI solutions that deliver real-world impact at scale using latest technology like LangChain, LangGraph, RAG Tooling and Python.

  • Design, build and ship agents end to end

• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations across a range of data sources and services

• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents

• Skills / Experience:

  • 5+ years in data science, software engineering, or AI engineering

• 2+ years of direct LLM development experience

• Strong Python experience
