A leading global insurance organisation is undertaking an exciting greenfield transformation, deploying autonomous AI agent systems to build the next generation of an AI-native insurance model from the ground up.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a Senior AI Software Engineer with deep backend expertise using tools like Azure, OpenAI, LLMs, autonomous AI agents and Python to help shape the next frontier of AI and A2A technology.

  • Build AI agents from scratch using Python and Azure

• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations across a range of data sources and services

• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents

• Skills / Experience:

  • Strong backend/Python development experience

• Experience building AI agents

• Start up environment experience/Small teams
