A leading global insurance organisation is taking on a greenfield project to deploy AI agent systems to explore next generation, AI-native insurance model with the mission to upend the entire industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hungry for a new challenge and wants to own the latest A2A technology –design and build intelligent agents and end-to-end integrations creating real-world impact at scale.

  • Design, build and ship agents end to end

• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations across a range of data sources and services

• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents

• Skills / Experience:

  • 5+ years in data science, software engineering, or AI engineering

• 2+ years of direct LLM development experience

• Strong Python experience
