A leading global insurance organisation is building a brand-new team to develop AI-native insurance and agentic AI systems from the ground up, with a mission to transform the industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior AI/ML Engineer ready to own the design of intelligent agents, and build end-to-end AI solutions that deliver real-world impact at scale using latest technology like LangChain, LangGraph, RAG Tooling and Python.

You will join a world-class team of top-tier experts in a start-up environment, with the autonomy to shape the project from day one.

• Skills / Experience:

  • 3+ years in data science, software engineering, or AI engineering

• 2+ years of direct LLM development experience

• Strong Python experience
