Work for a leading insurance company in Ireland as a Principal Software Engineer specialising in MLOps. This role provides the opportunity to approach software development through different lenses—including software engineering, machine learning, and cloud engineering—with a strong focus on Computer Vision and MLOps.

The company is investing heavily in its Analytics Tech team and engineering capabilities, adopting modern technologies, developing highly skilled data scientists and ML engineers, and tackling large-scale, business-critical challenges that require innovative solutions. • Optimise MLOps pipelines for reliability, scalability, and performance.

• Contribute to architecture, technical design, testing, and CI/CD best practices.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of Machine Learning experience

• Strong software engineering and technical leadership experience.

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and AWS.

• Experience integrating ML solutions with labelling/annotation workflows.
