Principal Software Engineer – MLOps

• Long-Term Hybrid Daily Rate Contract: €600 – €800 per day

This is a long-term hybrid contract role offering an opportunity to join a top insurance company in Ireland as a Principal Software Engineer – MLOps. This is an exceptional opportunity, as the role combines software engineering, machine learning, and cloud engineering, with a strong focus on Computer Vision and MLOps.

The company is investing in its Analytics Tech engineering projects, making this a great opportunity to work on real-world AI solutions within a large insurance organization. What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy Computer Vision and ML pipelines using Hugging Face models and containerized APIs, ideally with FastAPI.

• Take models from experimentation into production.

• Contribute to architecture and technical design.

• Promote strong engineering, testing and CI/CD practices across the business.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of Machine Learning experience

• Strong software engineering and technical leadership experience.

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and AWS.

• Experience integrating ML solutions with labelling/annotation workflows.
