Are you a Senior Full Stack Engineer looking to take the next step into a technical leadership role?

I’m partnering with a global financial services company that is expanding its Dublin engineering team and is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong Python and React experience to lead the development of a brand-new platform.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a business-critical team at the centre of a major AWS cloud-first transformation. You’ll work across greenfield development and large-scale platform modernisation, building the systems that power revenue-generating products used across the organisation. This is far more than a hands-on engineering role, you’ll have real influence over technical direction, architecture, and key engineering decisions, with a clear path to becoming the team’s next Tech Lead within the next 12 months.

You’ll also play a key role in establishing the Dublin engineering team from the ground up. Until now, this function has operated remotely, so you’ll have the rare opportunity to help build a new team, shape its engineering culture, and make a lasting impact while working on a technically challenging project.
